LouAnn's life began June 27, 1947, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. LouAnn spent most of her lifetime in Southwest Michigan. She was a generous and kind person who loved opening her door to everyone. She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, baking, attending family functions, and helping people. LouAnn's greatest joy came in spending time with her loving family which includes: her common law husband Bill Collins; four children Lisa (Raymond) Sellers, William "Joe" (Courtney) Allen, Cynthia (Frank Mandarino) Campbell, and Tammy (Jim) Fenn; 12 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three siblings George "Tony" Parks, Glenda Barnwell, and Kathy (Bud) Joy; and many nieces and nephews.

LouAnn passed to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 24, at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph. Her parents George and Wanda (Mead) Parks, and two siblings Jerry and Sharon precede LouAnn in death. Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday, February 28, at 3:00 PM with visitation prior starting at 1:00 PM, at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet.
