Alma "Cecile" Paul, nee Weckwerth. Age 93. Resident of Palatine for 56 years, passed away on January 14, 2021. Cecile grew up on her family fruit farm in Bainbridge Township, Michigan. In 1945 she was accepted into the United States Nurse Corps and trained at Wayne State University. Cecile retired as a registered Nurse after 40 years of service.

Beloved wife of David Paul, the late Valentine Borski and the late Lawrence Walker. Loving mother of Ronald B. Walker, Richard W. (Cathy) Walker, Randal A. (Stephanie) Walker and the late Robert L. Walker. Devoted grandmother of Kristine McLean, Keith and Angela Walker, Rachael (Michael) Walker-Sara, Kyle Walker and Anna Walker. Great-grandmother of Benjamin McLean. Dear sister of Elsie Rantz and the late Carl Weckwerth, Frieda Filter and Albert Weckwerth.

Services will be celebrated Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 12:00 noon with visitation prior starting at 11:00 AM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet, Michigan. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery in Bainbridge Township. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Buddy Foundation Animal Shelter, 65 W.
