Bonnie was born May 15, 1937, in Arkansas. She spent most of her lifetime in Michigan. She worked as the director for many area senior centers. Bonnie enjoyed living a quiet simple life and when she wasn't working or enjoying her family you could find her enjoying a good book.

She leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory including: two children Steve Jones and Kathy Graham; five grandchildren Anthony Ott, Sherry Ott, Mary Champion, Jody Champion, and Mike Champion; five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Bonnie died Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Laurels of Galesburg surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by a son Lewis Jones, a granddaughter Jacqueline Perkins, and her parents.

Visitation for Bonnie will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet. Funeral Services will be celebrated Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet with burial following in Fairview Memorial Cemetery.
