Carolyn's life began June 6, 1952 in St. Joseph Michigan.  She was a lifetime area resident.  Carolyn worked in accounting for many years for the State of Michigan Department of Human Services.  Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her loving family which includes; her husband Jim Bolin, two children Melissa (Brian) Beregsasy of Eau Claire and Jimmy Bolin of Benton Harbor, four grandchildren Justine (Lotan) LaPlume, Haley Beregsasy, Brianna Beregsasy, and Keith Beregsasy, and four great grandchildren Anthony, Alton, Justin, and Colton.

Carolyn died Tuesday, September 18.  Her parents Sylvester and Ruth (Woods) Hazen and two brothers Wayne and Wes Hazen precede Carolyn in death.  A memorial service will be celebrated Friday, September 28, at 5:30 PM with visitation prior starting at 4:00 PM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet.  You are invited to share a message of comfort with Carolyn's family at hutchinsfuneral.com
