Donna was born April 1, 1948, in Poznan, Poland.  At the age of 11 her family came to America settling in Chicago, where Donna graduated high school.  Donna married Stanley Kusnierz and after falling in love with the Coloma area while spending many summers here, they made it their home in 1995.  Donna worked at Coloma Hardings for 10 years, a job she loved.  She enjoyed watching game shows, cooking, dancing, listening to Elvis, and playing the cashword scratch offs.

Donna leaves behind a daughter Catharine Kusnierz, a son Stanley Kusnierz, two sisters Mary Jelcz and Sophie Wolniakowski, very good friends Helena "Lucy" and Zbigniew Dzimira, and many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.  Friends may visit with Donna's family Friday, June 19, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:30, at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, June 20, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Watervliet.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.  You may leave a memory of Donna at hutchinfuneral.com
