Eunice's life began April 30, 1940 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She spent most of her life in Southwest Michigan where she drove school bus for 20 years for Hartford Public Schools. After retirement Eunice ran a day care and lastly she operated an adult specialized foster care home. Eunice enjoyed being involved in New Freedom Church in Coloma.
Eunice leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory which includes: her husband of 60 years Edgar Holland; five children Eddie Holland, Romona (Darrell) Halsel, Lauri Holland, Victor (Caterina) Holland, and Shirley (Brian) Shemick; 23 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; four siblings Henry McAndrew, Theo McAndrew, Shirley Martin, and Corine Howard; and many nieces and nephews.
Eunice went to be with her Lord Friday, June 23, with her loving family surrounding her. She is preceded in death by: a daughter Leona Goyer; three siblings Charles McAndrew, Doil McAndrew, and Daryl McAndrew; and her parents William and Esther (Johnson) McAndrew.
Friends may visit with Eunice's family Tuesday, June 27, at 3:30 PM at New Freedom Church in Coloma where a home coming celebration will be celebrated Tuesday, June 27, at 5:00 PM.
