Eva Ann Piggott, 74, of Benton Harbor passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 27, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Sister Lakes Community Church, Sister Lakes.
Pastor Doug Cuthbert will be officiating.
Burial will follow at Penn Yan Cemetery in
Bainbridge Township
.

Eva was born in Manistique, Michigan on February 7, 1939 to Carl and Eva (Smithers) Linderoth.
On February 26, 1956 she married Stanley S. Piggott and they were married 43 years.
Together they owned and operated Lone Pine Farms and enjoyed a successful farming operation in Bainbridge Township for 34 years.
She also was a member of the Grape Country Model A's, Southwestern Michigan Car Club, Lady Pearl Red Hats and the National Society of Tole Painters.
She enjoyed Tole painting and gave many personalized paintings as gifts over the years.
She is survived by and will be deeply missed by her four children, Penny (Greg) Sempert, of
Coloma, Brian Piggott, of
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Carla (Tim) Lynch, of Bainbridge Township, and Chap Piggott of Eau Claire, her grandchildren Nicholas (Kim) Sempert of Chicago,
Staff Sgt. Adam (Kelley) Sempert of Okinawa, Japan,
Patrick (Shanell)
Sempert of Traverse City, Eric Piggott of Coloma, Kelly (Nick) Geaney of Cadillac, Shawn Lynch of Portage, Kevin Lynch of Wyoming, and Maci Piggott of
Martin, Tennessee, great grandchildren, Nolan and Rebecca Sempert
of Traverse City , Jalen Sempert of Okinawa, Japan and Evan and Harley Geaney of Cadillac, her sisters, Carlene Luft of St. Joseph and Inez (John) Jorgenson of Houston, Texas and her dogs Rick and Sam.
She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley, her parents and two sisters, Ruth Hass and Betty Carrington.
