Judy was born on March 21, 1954 to Hallie and Eva Kinchen.  She was the youngest of six children.  Judy has three children Toni Smith, Billy (Jennifer) Smith and Jamie (Tab) Smith and was married to Bill Smith who precedes her in death.  She has several grandchildren but distance made it hard to meet some of them.  Judy's siblings are Alton (Debbie) Kinchen, Ronnie (Brenda) Kinchen, Billy (Cathy) Kinchen, Carolyn Fowler (her caregiver), Doris Anglin, and Opal Kinchen (her caregiver)

Judy passed away at West Woods of Bridgman Easter Sunday.  Judy had suffered many years but now she is with God to rest in peace.  Many thanks to Hospice Care and all the love that they gave Judy was much appreciated.

Funeral services will be celebrated Thursday, March 31, at 12:00 PM with visitation prior starting at 11:00 AM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet.  Burial will follow in North Shore Memory Gardens.  Memorials may be made to Hutchins Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.  You may leave a memory of Judy at hutchinsfuneral.com
