Kathryn's life began July 14, 1932 in St. Joseph, Michigan.  She was a lifetime area resident and graduate of Benton Harbor High School.  Kathryn found great joy in spending time with and caring for her family.  She also enjoyed keeping up on her Soap Operas and watching old TV shows as in Little House on the Prairie and The Waltons.

Kathryn's family includes; eight children Kenneth Tidey of New Mexico, Linda Hathcock of Hartford, Shirley Brown of Arizona, David Tidey of Illinois, Beverly Martell of Arizona, Judy Holly of Alabama, Tammy Tidey of Sodus, and Kevin (Kim) Moore of Watervliet, three siblings Ruth Hanners of Benton Harbor, Dorothy Long of Indiana, and John Reese of Watervliet, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Kathryn died Thursday, June 2, at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph.  Two husbands Todd Tidey and Cecil Moore, her parents Glen and Leona (Morris) Reese, and six siblings Helen Snyder, Betty Meadows, William Reese, Richard Reese, James Reese, and Robert Reese precede Kathryn in death.  A memorial service will be celebrated Monday, June 6, at 11:00 AM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet.  You may leave a memory for Kathryn at hutchinsfuneral.com
