Madonna's life began March 9, 1938. She lived most of her life in the Watervliet area where she worked for several years at Belfy Drug Store.  Madonna loved her family which includes her son Rolyn Mock, a step-son Jim Bouma, numerous grand and great grandchildren, and a brother Russell Roth.  She was preceded in death by her husband Richard "Corkey" Bouma and a step-son Richard Bouma.

Madonna died May 19, 2018 at Pine Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation.  Cremation has taken place and no services have been scheduled at this time.
