Matt's life began May 3, 1982 in St. Joseph, Michigan. He grew up in Watervliet where he graduated with the WHS class of 2001. After high school Matt attended Southwestern Michigan College, Western Michigan University, and Grand Rapids Community College. He lived and worked in Grand Rapids until 2014. Outside of work Matt enjoyed hanging with his friends listening to music and going to concerts and shows.  He was a loyal Detroit Tigers and University of Michigan fan.  Matt's passion was photography.  Whether he was photographing still life, shows, or family and friends, he loved sharing his talent on his Facebook page Bujack Productions. Above everything Matt's greatest enjoyment was spending time with his loving family which includes; his mom Debbie Bujack of Watervliet, dad Mark Bujack of Watervliet, siblings Todd Bujack of Watervliet and Marcie (Chris) Bujack-Daly of Chicago, a nephew Finn Daly, grandma Joan Bujack of Watervliet, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Matt passed away Thursday, September 10, at home after a lengthy courageous battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by grandparents Arthur and Carol Frank, grandpa Merle Bujack, and two uncles William Frank and Jeff Bujack. Friends may visit with Matt's family Sunday, September 13, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet, where funeral services will be celebrated Monday, September 14, at 10:00 AM.  Burial will follow in Watervliet Cemetery.  Memorials can be made to the family or donor's choice.
