Renee Lee Drake of Pulaski, TN passed away at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN on Tuesday, August 19, 2014.  She was born in Watervliet on February 1, 1953 and was 61 years old.

Renee was a substitute teacher at Richland Schools, as active in the Boy Scouts of America, and ran a Boy Scout Camp.  She worked for 19 years for Michigan Bell in Watervliet, and created custom greeting cards.

She is survived by; two sons Robert R. Drake and Michael S. Drake of Pulaski, TN, her mother Marvis Rowley of Michigan, a brother Richard S. Austin of Michigan, a sister Terri Dempsey of Missouri, her ex-husband Robert C. Drake,  and several cousins and friends.  Renee is preceded in death by her father Richard A. Austin and a sister Connie Forrester.

Friends may visit with Renee's family Saturday, August 23, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet where funeral services will be celebrated Sunday, August 24, at 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow in Watervliet Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.  You may leave a memory of Renee at hutchinsfuneral.com
