Rosetta's life began February 14, 1957, in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She grew up in the Benton Harbor and Berrien Springs/Stevensville area, graduating from Lakeshore High School. She worked as an office manager at The Heritage Center in St. Joseph for many years. Rosetta was a creative person and loved making personalized cards. She was gifted in calligraphy and her doodles turned into works of art. Rosetta also enjoyed researching her family's genealogy.

Rosetta leaves behind her husband of 48 years Dennis and two children Lynda Nybro and Christopher Nybro.

Rosetta died Saturday, April 26, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dorothea (Davis) Tunis.
