Thelma Louise (Bailey) Henson's Obituary
Thelma's life began January 10, 1938, in Williamsburg, Kentucky. She loved spending time with her family, playing with her grandchildren, and cooking. Thelma worked for many years at Whirlpool. She leaves behind a loving family which includes; her husband Jim whom she married October 29, 1960, a son Gerald Watson Jr of Granger, IN, a daughter Rebecca Cowgill of Stevensville, six grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and a sister Lena Bliss of Texas.
Thelma died Friday, August 8, at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville. She is preceded in death by a son Steve, a daughter Theresa, and her parents Wavy and Francis (Sutton) Bailey. A memorial service will be celebrated Friday, August 15 at 12:00 PM with visitation prior starting at 10:00 AM at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Thelma's family. You may share a memory of Thelma at hutchinsfuneral.com
