Tom's life began September 28, 1947, in Watervliet, Michigan. Tom spent his lifetime in Watervliet where he graduated high school. When Tom wasn't on the road driving truck you could pop into the Sidetrack Cafe and find him enjoying a cup of coffee with friends. He found his greatest joy in spending time with his loving family which includes: his long time companion Tammy Clark; his daughter Mandy (Jimmy) Sutton/Clark of Watervliet; four grandchildren Bridget, Savanna, Sherry, and Preston; a sister Sherry (Jim) Eubanks; a sister-in-law Darleen Harper; and many nieces and nephews.

Tom died Saturday, March 28, at his home. He is preceded in death by his dad Kenneth Harper, mom Mary Dwyer, and a brother Ed Harper. Funeral services will be celebrated Tuesday, March 31 at 2:00 PM with visitation prior starting at 12:00 noon, at Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet. Burial will follow in Watervliet Cemetery.
