Tom's life began September 22,1923, in Toquin, Michigan. He was a lifetime area resident. Tom was a very proud veteran of the United States Navy, he served during World War II. Tom worked in Tool and Die for many years and served as President of his union for 24 years. When Tom wasn't working you could find him relaxing, reading a good book. He loved to travel especially to Mackinac to see the bridge and go to the island and to Niagara Falls. Tom enjoyed bowling in his younger years, camping, and taking his dog Fifi for walks. He was very involved for years with the Pokagon Tribal Council where he served as treasurer and a member at large. Tom will be remembered as a great person who loved watching out for others. He was also involved with The Knights of Columbus, American Legion, and VFW.
