Wanda was born June 3, 1932 , in Bradford, Ark. She spent her childhood growing up in Arkansas and moved to Michigan in 1952 when she married Orville Robertson. Wanda worked for a cannery for many years. Outside of work you could find her crocheting, quilting, gardening, cheering on the Chicago Cubs, and she was a member of the Eastern Star.

Wanda's greatest joy was spending time with her family which includes two children: Gary Robertson and Brenda Berry both of Coloma; three grandchildren: Robert Dumont, Sarah Dumont, and TJ Robertson, and three great-grandchildren: Alevia Kirkwood, Taiya Cole, and Paige Dumont.

Wanda died March 7, 2019 , at home. Her husband, Orville; a daughter. Debra Dumont, and a granddaughter, Keriann Robertson precede Wanda in death.
