I had the pleasure of working with Jim at Herman Miller. My fondest memory was our trip to Chicago to see the cubs on a "spur of the moment" offering of Cubs tickets from another co-worker. Enjoyed the long day with him with pizza at Ricobenes, a beer at Guthrie's Tavern, and of course the game at Wrigley.

It was my pleasure to work with Jim at both Johnson Controls and Herman Miller.  Along with his positive attitude, infectious smile and friendly demeanor, Jim is one of the most disciplined individuals that I have ever met.  His professionalism and focus on company objectives is phenomenal.

As mentioned earlier, Jim has a tremendous smile.  However, his best smiles at work were when he was talking about Michelle and Jackie.  He truly loves them!

He will be missed by many, and he has made a positive impact on many souls as well.  God bless Jim and his family!
